MAIN DIVISIONS

RESIN TRANSFER MOULDING (RTM)
Standard RTM with or without Vacuum assistance, Light RTM (LRTM) for quick development and low cost solution for lower and medium production runs. MIT RTM fully automized PLC controlled process for higher production runs. Material processed Polyster, Phenolic and Exposy etc. filled with ATH or Talc with very special Glass Reinforcement like continous Filament, Multidirectional Fabrics, Sandwich Mats with Special Cores and Glass Cloth etc.

BLOW MOULDING
In cooperation with Avanti and Hatachi of Japan, NTF uses most modern and sophisticated Japanese plant  for Extrusion blow molding of specialty engineering thermoplastic  materials viz. ABS etc. for molding of small and large parts with double wall / hollow construction, controlled thickness and light weight viz. rear roof spoilers for cars etc. It is supported by the most sophisticated fully automatic climate control equipment and robotic arm for trimming and sanding of molded parts.

SMC
Parts produced with special pre-preg of materials like Vinyl Easter Resins with 45% Glass. Parts produced for special Locomotive Applications for example Babbins.

HAND LAYUP
Glass Fibre Reinformed Moduling with Hand Layup process is done using with very sophisticated Resin with catalyst dispensing machine parts produced as big as 35 X 14 X 14 feet for Windmills.

WOOD STOCK
For Car Iinteriors processed using base material Polypropylene with Fibrecs / PVC / Leather Cloth with Metal and Injection Moduled Plastic Inserts. Single shot finished component process.

TECHNO POLYMER STURUCTURES (AZDEL)
Polypropylene Sheets with high glass content formed under Thermo-Compression process. Automobile parts produced with this technology where light weight and high end performance is required. www.ntfindia.com/html/azdelcomponents.html

INJECTION MODULING
Machines from 80 to 850 tons processing materials ABS Polycarbonate, Polypropylene and Nylon filled with Glass or Talc.

RECTION INJECTION MODULING (RIM)
Process with very special Polyurethane Elastomer, structure Polyurethane and DCPD added recently. Parts to be produced like Car Body Kits & Tractor / Truck / Earth Moving Equipments Body Panels.

PAINTING
Three spray booths with FOZ, ovens and conveyors. Automobile parts are painted to match the car body like Rear End Spoilers, Door Handles, Mirror Cover etc. Special Polyurethane and Water based paints are used, procured from India, USA and Europe as per Customer requirements. Special textures /steeples and antigraffiti requirements are also met.
