The process is employed to manufacture polyurethane products for spoilers and bumper covers.

The process is a triple components system in which filler (mineral or glass fiber) is added additionally in Polyolalong with special grade of polyol and Isocayanates.

NTF manufactures following products under RRIM process.

The products manufactured under Reaction Injection Moulding are exterior body parts of a car such as:

  • Car Styling Kits
  • Aero Parts
  • Tractor Fenders
  • Bonnet Bends
  • Bus Parts- Front and Rear Bumpers
